Voting Rates Correlated with Educational Attainment

We know education pays when it comes to career options and income. . . and thus tax revenues for our states and the federal government. Presumably we also have a smarter citizenry to make important decisions when it comes to the ballot box. Check out these voting rates in the 2008 national election.
