  The Hammond College Bound Scholarship is for Hammond High School graduates who meet certain stipulations. Potentially a student can have their four years of tuition & fees paid for at any Indiana public university or the amount of the tuition & fees at the most expensive Indiana public university can be paid towards the cost of an Indiana private university.
